Requirements

• Facilitate Agile Delivery: Plan, schedule, and lead Agile ceremonies while fostering team self‐organization, transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and Enable Agile Teams: Coach teams on Agile values, practices, and artifacts using a lean mindset to improve delivery effectiveness and adaptability.
• Drive Value with Product and Stakeholders: Partner with the Product Owner/service request manager and stakeholders to prioritize work and ensure continuous delivery of business value.
• Remove Impediments and Accelerate Decisions: Actively identify and remove blockers, reduce decision latency, and enable progress through clear communication and effective influencing.
• Enable Data‐Driven Improvement and Reporting: Help teams capture and analyze performance data, provide actionable insights, and support management decision‐making through relevant metrics and reporting.
