Job Description
Diversified Transportation is seeking a Shop Manager to oversee maintenance operations at their Fort McMurray location. The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction to maintenance teams, drive operational consistency and efficiency, and support workforce planning and performance management.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a maintenance, fleet, or operational environment
- Strong ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive results
- Mechanical or trade background or HET certification is considered an asset
