The Vice President of Information Technology provides enterprise technology leadership for Diversus Health, ensuring technology enables high-quality, compliant, secure, and efficient care delivery. The role provides strategic technology leadership on the executive leadership team, advising on technology risks, investments, and opportunities that advance organizational mission and growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related equivalent experience required
• Progressive IT leadership experience with demonstrated accountability for enterprise applications, infrastructure/operations, and security in a complex, multi-site environment
• Proven experience leading and developing managers and senior technical leaders; ability to build high-trust, high-performance teams
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization
