Gather, understand and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements on small sized JD Edwards ERP projects. Provide end-user support for JD Edwards applications associated with Finance, Manufacturing, Sales Order, Procurement and/or Inventory Module.

- Develop and execute unit/system test cases, scripts and plans
- Define, design and document business flows
- Provide end-user support for JD Edwards applications
- Identify, analyze, resolve, document and escalate problems and issues
- Understand and follow SDLC, quality validation processes and application processes
