Zaxby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to manage a unit towards achieving sales and profit goals, while adhering to company values and policies. The role involves overseeing daily operations, supervising shift managers and employees, and ensuring high standards of service. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Assist General Manager in the day to day operations of the store.
• Supervise and motivate Team Members and Shift Managers.
