Assistant Manager

Zaxby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to manage a unit toward the attainment of sales and profit goals. The role involves daily operations, team supervision, maintaining high standards of service, and promoting a positive work environment. The assistant manager will work within company values and policies, and report to the General Manager.

Requirements

• Manage Zaxby’s unit toward sales and profit goals
• Work in a restaurant environment (on-site, Monday-Friday)
• Supervise 2-4 Shift Managers and 15-50 employees
• Purchase food, beverages, and supplies, oversee food and service preparation
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Maintain standard of service and adherence to company procedures
• Utilize all management tools for record keeping
• Maintain a flexible schedule (open, close, and mid shift)
