Zaxby's is seeking a Shift Manager to manage their restaurant unit towards sales and profit goals. The role involves supervising team members, ensuring quality food and service, and operating restaurant systems. This is an entry-level management position within a larger Zaxby's management structure.

Requirements

• Increase sales by providing outstanding product and service.
• Assist in providing Team Members with the appropriate training.
• Execute all systems daily to ensure a clean, organized restaurant.
• Utilize all management tools to keep neat, accurate and current records.
• Operate in accordance with established performance, profits and operating standards.
• Supervise and motivate Team Members
• Communicate openly and honestly
• Perform such other duties as directed
