Project Manager - Site Civil Engineer

Our client is a rapidly growing civil engineering and land surveying firm seeking a full-time professional engineer (PE) licensed in Florida to be located in Kissimmee, Florida. Ideal candidates in Central Florida will have civil engineering design, permitting, and project management experience with commercial/mix use development, retail, large single-family residential, townhome, and professional office developments.

Requirements

• Skilled in land development site design analysis, scheduling, financial and material resources management, leading internal teams, and coordinating meetings and calls with clients and subconsultants
• Single-family, townhome, and multi-family residential development project experience
• Professional office and industrial/warehouse development project experience
• Permitting experience in Central Florida with city and county agencies
• Paving, grading, drainage, water, sewer, and utility design experience
• Construction administration, observation, and certification experience
