Executive Accounts Payable - AP Operations

Manage Accounts Payable operations, including AP mailbox, vendor onboarding, payment proposals, vendor statement reconciliations, and other ad hoc duties.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable functions
• Hands-on experience with managing high volume AP mailbox
• Ability to work on complex vendor invoice issues and resolve them independently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Good understanding of MS office and Excel, V-lookups, Pivot table, SAP experience
