Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG
• At least 2-3 years in a managerial role
• Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrate fluency in local language and English, both written and spoken
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s degree/MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
