Develop and execute short- and long-term medical sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets. Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree or professional qualification in a Science, Medical, or Healthcare-related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant medical sales experience in the private sector, with proven exposure in Orthopaedics and/or O&G.
- Demonstrated track record of leading and coaching sales teams to achieve challenging sales targets.
- Strong industry network within the Hong Kong private healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable sales plans.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin), both written and spoken.
