Customer Service Representative

DLF Seeds is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Truganina, Western Suburbs, Melbourne. The role involves providing high-level quality service to customers, processing orders, and managing consignment stock. The ideal candidate has previous customer service and administration experience, developed customer service skills, and proficiency in MS office suite and Navision platforms.

Requirements

• Previous customer service and administration experience in a wholesale environment
• Developed customer service skills with a professional and approachable phone manner
• Proven written and verbal communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Competent in using the MS office suite (particularly excel) as well as a variety of databases
• Experience in Navision platforms (or similar large ERP systems)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to learn complex information quickly
• Experience in dealing with freight companies
