Customer Service Representative

DLF North America is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for their Albany, Oregon location. The representative will process orders, handle customer requests and complaints, and work collaboratively with multiple departments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of similar experience in increasingly responsible roles
• Excellent verbal, written, listening and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization skills and follow through skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook)
