Job Description
DLF North America is recruiting a Product Management Trial Manager for its Philomath, Oregon location. The role involves managing field trials, agronomic decisions, and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of agriculture concepts and techniques, excellent communication skills, and experience with chemical and equipment applications.
Requirements
- Associates Degree or higher in Agriculture/Horticulture, Plant Sciences or related field
- 5+ years of farm work experience
- Knowledge of chemicals, fertilizers, mechanics and equipment used on a trial farm
- Excellent verbal, written, listening and interpersonal communication skills
- Organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
