Job Description
DLH Corp., the primary contractor for the Head Start Monitoring Project, is seeking bilingual Fiscal Consultants to support the Administration for Children and Families' (ACF) Office of Head Start. Consultants will gather and understand data from Head Start programs across the country, evaluate program compliance, and conduct fiscal reviews. They will collaborate with experts and support system improvements, focusing on fraud reduction and waste control.
Requirements
- Complete virtual training before reviews
- Evaluate programs for compliance with HS Act, HS Program Performance Standards, and Uniform Guidance
- Obtain and synthesize information about program performance
- Conduct fiscal monitoring reviews under the DLH Review Lead
- Write narrative summaries of concerns and issues
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
- Use technology systems (internet, virtual meetings software)
- Travel independently
