Job Description
DLH Corp is seeking Reviewer Consultants to support the Head Start Monitoring Project, gathering and understanding data from Head Start programs across the country. Consultants will analyze grantee structures, understand program design improvements, and use data to inform service delivery. The role involves conducting virtual training and writing detailed reports on data collected.
Requirements
- Complete virtual training before participating in reviews
- Conduct analysis of grantee structures
- Develop an understanding of how grantees have developed an awareness of their community and used this information to determine their program design
- Understand how grantees used data to support continuous improvement and align with the program's service needs
- Review and analyze complex data sources and documents
- Work with a diverse team to conduct monitoring reviews
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
