Job Description
dLocal is looking for an Internal Audit Manager to lead the Internal Audit agenda for our Brazilian entities. The role involves planning, scoping, execution, and reporting of internal control activities, with a focus on risk and control reviews. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in an audit role, with experience in fintech and payments industry being a plus.
Requirements
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in an audit role in a Big Four, financial institutions
- Experience in the fintech and payments industry is a plus
- Vast experience in BACEN regulations, and attendance of external audits from the authority
- SOX and Corporate Governance experience are required
- Knowledge of risk, controls, and internal audit standards and/or frameworks is required
- Proficiency in English is required. Verbal and written communication skills in Spanish will be considered a plus
