Job Description
The Assistant Project Superintendent will support the Project Superintendent in overseeing all field operations related to physical construction and directing the day-to-day progress of the work. This role is responsible for coordinating and supervising site activities, including site work, foundations and slabs, framing, MEP rough-ins, drywall, interior and exterior finishes, trim-out, and final property management walkthroughs.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years’ relevant experience within Multifamily Construction
- Proven record of success on large and/or complex projects
- Proficient with relevant construction technology
- Excellent leadership, written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
