IT Support Intern - Fall 2026

Role Overview

The IT Support Intern will assist with help desk requests, workstation deployments, and other IT-related tasks. This is an internship opportunity for students pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

What You Will Do

Monitor and prioritize help desk requests, provide end-user problem resolution, assist with workstation deployments, reset passwords, and install approved applications.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows 7 and Office
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Net + or A + Certification a plus
• Previous ticket/phone support system experience a plus
