IT Support Intern

Pine Street Inn is seeking a motivated IT Support Intern for a three-to-six-month term to assist with key technology initiatives.

Requirements

• Prepare and deploy new workstations with updated OS and software
• Support basic troubleshooting during and after transitions
• Unplug, transport, and reconnect IT equipment (monitors, desktops, cables, docking stations, etc.)
• Document completed moves and deployments
• Follow guidance from IT staff and Operations Manager
