Job Description
The IT Intern will support the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including desktop support, workstation provisioning, software installation, account management, AV support, and general troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong interest in IT support, systems administration, networking, AV, and workplace technology.
- Basic understanding of Mac and Windows operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot computers, devices, networks, and software issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the IT team.
- Willingness to occasionally support events or urgent IT needs outside of standard business hours.
