High school diploma, strong written communication skills, computer proficiency, and experience working with individuals with substance abuse and mental illness
Housing Placement Case Manager, Housing Navigation
BSW, BA or BS in human service field, 2+ years experience with homeless population, strong computer skills
Case Manager
High School Diploma or Equivalent, strong written communication skills, and computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Products required
Occupancy Specialist
High school diploma, valid MA driver's license, and 1-2 years of property management experience
Evening Shift Supervisor, Yawkey House
2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience in human services, high school diploma or GED, direct care experience with people who are homeless or poor
Relief Recovery Specialist
High school diploma/GED & relevant training. CPR/First Aid & CPI certification/training are also required. Bachelor's degree a plus
Yawkey House Day Shift Counselor
High school diploma or GED, 1+ year experience in Human Services, bilingual English/Spanish
Shelter Staff Support Clinician
3+ years of experience in Human Services field, Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field
