Shelter Staff Support Clinician

The Shelter Staff Support Clinician assists staff in promoting a safe and healthy environment at the Men's Inn. The role requires a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in the Human Services field.

Requirements

• Licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, LADC
• Master's degree in social work, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the Human Services field
• Knowledge in the areas of trauma, addiction, recovery and mental illness
• Knowledge of issues pertaining to the homeless
• Demonstrated skills in motivational interviewing, crisis intervention and de-escalation
• Administering Narcan and CPR in a work setting
• Knowledge of area resources
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Haitian Creole
