Job Description
Join a great team! DMC Primary Care is seeking a part-time experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, cost-effective primary care to homebound high-risk patients in New Hampshire.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program
- National Certification and New Hampshire State Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- A minimum of three years of previous outpatient primary care experience is preferred
