Requirements
- Drive the hub's sales pipeline, ensuring both personal and team targets are met through consistent delivery and the identification of new commercial opportunities
- Identify market gaps to create and develop new products that meet evolving hub demands
- Negotiate with trading leads to secure incremental revenue and upsell integrated solutions
- Review and elevate pitch responses, data strategies, and Post-Campaign Analyses (PCAs) to ensure industry-leading quality
- Partner with Category, Planning, and Ops teams to increase brand count and optimize campaign performance
- Actively develop Agency Partners and Sales Executives, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning
