Requirements
- Guide the design process from concept to implementation
- Collaborate with design leadership and team members
- Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Contribute to and maintain a cohesive design system
- Confidently present design trade-offs to senior stakeholders
