Job Description
DMI is seeking a Senior Computer Network Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support and engineering assistance for TSA’s enterprise network infrastructure. The individual will deliver expert-level troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization services across LAN/WAN, campus networking, wireless systems, and cloud connectivity environments.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of enterprise network support and engineering experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in routing and switching, network diagnostics, wireless systems, and enterprise network management tools
- Experience supporting federal network environments governed by DHS cybersecurity standards is preferred
