SME Computer and Information Systems Manager

DMI, LLC is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Computer and Information Systems Management to join us, providing senior advisory support to TSA leadership and program management teams. The individual is expected to shape programmatic strategy, resolve complex cross-functional issues, and provide authoritative guidance on approaches to IT governance, vendor management, and contract execution within the TALON BPA framework.

Requirements

• A minimum of 9 years of progressive IT program and systems management experience
• Deep familiarity with FAR Part 8.4 BPA structures, GSA MAS contracting, FISMA governance, and DHS IT management frameworks
• U.S. citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residents with the ability to obtain TSA fitness determination and PIV card
• Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance
