As a Business Application Specialist, you will work closely with customers and their departments to analyze problems and provide solutions that optimize their business process, using software applications and critical thinking to address complex issues.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the software application to support users and provide solutions
- Work directly with users on issues submitted to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner
- Problem solve using critical thinking and technology to recommend innovative ideas addressing different business issues
- Research, analyze, and troubleshoot reported issues, collaborating with various departments to find a solution
- Create and maintain documentation when needed to ensure end users are optimally utilizing applications
- Conduct training on current functionality and new features to enhance user experience
- Participate in or lead projects to support business applications and implement changes to enhance functionality; assist with rollout to end users
