Job Description
As a Business Application Specialist, you will work closely with customers and their departments to analyze problems and bridge the gap between software applications and business processes.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the software application to support users and provide solutions that optimize their business process.
- Work directly with users on issues submitted to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.
- Problem solve, using critical thinking and technology to recommend innovative ideas addressing different business issues that can be complex in nature.
- Research, analyze, and troubleshoot reported issues, collaborating with various departments to find a solution.
- Create and maintain documentation when needed to ensure end users are optimally utilizing applications.
- Conduct training on current functionality and new features to enhance user experience.
- Participate in or lead projects to support business applications and implement changes to enhance functionality; assist with rollout to end users.
