Requirements

• Assists in developing and implementing clinical procedures and guidelines
• Supervises Care Coordinators
• Provides supervision and consultation to staff
• Provides patient-centered therapy interventions
• Utilizes electronic medical records
• Covers treatment plan development
• Coordinates with treatment team
• Demonstrates sensitivity to diversity
• Ensures patient progress and termination/discharge
