Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Product Technology to shape the long-term technical direction of our Product portfolio, supporting VFX and Feature Animation workflows.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading architectural direction across large-scale software portfolios
- Proven ability to guide multiple engineering teams through complex technical evolution
- Deep understanding of production technology ecosystems, pipelines and DCC environments
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term sustainability and immediate production realities
- Experience establishing engineering standards and architectural governance
- Excellent communication skills across engineering, production and executive stakeholders
