Job Description
The Senior Crowd Technical Director is responsible for creating complex crowd shots for films, using Houdini and Maya. They will work under the direction of VFX supervisors and CG Crowd Supervisors to achieve a specific visual look and style. The role involves gathering assets from various departments and creating photorealistic crowd simulations.
Requirements
- 6+ years CG animation experience within high end live action VFX feature film.
- Good understanding of Houdini crowd simulation.
- Proven experience in producing crowd simulations.
- Familiarity with pipeline issues and problem-solving.
- Experience in live-action VFX Films.
- Excellent artistic and technical skills.
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix based operating systems.
