Client Service Coordinator

We are seeking a candidate who is keen on working and communicating with customers and open to learning about marine CO2 reporting regulations and digital methods of verifying CO2 emissions. In this role, you will help clients follow industry regulations and meet environmental targets by ensuring they can efficiently use our digital services.

Requirements

• Assist customers in finding solutions and becoming trusted advisors by fostering long-term relationships.
• Communicate promptly and professionally via email and ticketing tools.
• Investigate and troubleshoot system-related issues.
