Network and Security Engineer

We are looking for a Network and Security Engineer to secure and maintain networks while optimizing performance and protecting against threats. As a Network & Security Engineer, you’ll take the lead in securing and maintaining networks while optimizing performance and protecting against threats.

Requirements

• Monitor, maintain, and secure network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs) to ensure integrity and uptime.
• Design, implement, and manage network security solutions (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs).
• Monitor network traffic and respond to security incidents using security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on network infrastructure to identify and mitigate risks.
• Manage and secure virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and apply security protocols
• Collaborate on network design and upgrades to integrate security best practices and policies.
• Assess and improve infrastructure stability, security, and scalability.
• Respond to security breaches, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain security documentation and conduct audits of systems and networks, including policies, procedures, and network diagrams.
• Evaluate and deploy security tools, staying current on cybersecurity trends and threats.
