Wind Turbine Engineer

We are seeking a Wind Turbine Engineer to join our Wind Finance and Technology team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of wind turbine technologies, experience with site suitability evaluations, and strong technical skills. The role involves evaluating the risks associated with wind turbine technology, providing site suitability assessments, turbine technology reviews, and construction monitoring reports to project owners, lenders, and investors. The team works to increase the widespread deployment and operation of renewables to address climate change and positively impact society.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in wind turbine technology evaluation and assessment
• Strong understanding of wind turbine mechanics, aerodynamics, and structural analysis
• Experience with site suitability evaluations and construction monitoring reports
