Our Production Department offers luxury aircraft catering with a focus on exceptional quality, impeccable service, and a unique selection of menu options. We are seeking a Chef to create Japanese First- and Business Class dishes.
Requirements
- Professional experience in Japanese cuisine and the preparation of traditional Japanese dishes on a fine dining level.
- Product and goods knowledge of Japanese cuisine.
- Ideally, completed vocational training as a chef/cook.
- High service orientation.
- Willingness to work shifts.
- Good knowledge of German and/or English.
