The Key Holder is a part-time role responsible for opening and closing the store, managing the cash register, and assisting customers. They must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and have high integrity to lead with optimism and a solution-oriented mindset. The role requires one year of retail experience and knowledge of retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
