Job Description
Menchey Music Service is hiring a seasonal Orchestral String Instrument Repair Assistant. The position is for 2-3 months and involves cleaning and refurbishing instruments. On-the-job training is provided. Apply to join the team at the Operations Center in Hanover, PA.
Requirements
- Thoroughly clean instrument and case
- Identify any repairs or adjustments that need to be made to the instrument
- Improve cosmetic appearance of instrument
- Examine case, repair/replace as necessary
- Change strings as needed & tune instrument
- Replace included accessory items in case
- Restock in warehouse once prep is completed
