Private Piano Teacher - Gambrills, MD

Menchey Music Service has an opening for a private piano teacher at their Gambrills location. The teacher will offer 1 on 1 private piano lessons and work with the staff to foster a fun environment for students.

Requirements

• 2 years of college level music experience, 5 years of music teaching/performance experience, or a combination of both.
• Bachelor's degree (or degree in progress) in music education or performance or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Experience working with youth and/or beginner musicians is preferred.
• Specialty in one or more instruments
• Possess a strong competency of music theory
• Effective email communication
• One-on-one teaching
• Organization and time management
• Computer literacy necessary to interact with a digital scheduler
• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality aligned with our culture and mission.
• Patience to work with students of all ages and abilities.
