Job Description
The Dobbs Truck Group is a growth company seeking a Diesel Technician (Diesel Mechanic) to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles and equipment, and must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of direct mechanic experience. Desired qualifications include 4 years of experience and the ability to perform vehicle lubrication systems and D.O.T. safety inspections.
Requirements
- 18 years of age
- High school graduate or GED
- Minimum tool requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of direct mechanic experience on heavy trucks or equipment – or a combination of experience PLUS vocational training, trade or technical school degree/certification of completion
