Job Description
Seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects across Cochran-owned properties in Pittsburgh, PA and Boardman, Ohio. Requires problem-solving skills, hands-on experience, and ability to work effectively within a team.
Requirements
- Manage the Work Order System
- Develop processes to receive, review, and dispatch subcontractors or technicians
- Assist with field investigations and review completed work
- Manage 3rd party vendors
- Develop on-call schedule with the Real Estate Team
- Manage existing preventative maintenance programs
- Oversee internal field technicians
- Develop internal Preventative Maintenance Tasks
- Develop and manage the repair and maintenance Budgets
- Manage the Real Estate team's warehouse
- Complete building inspections
- Assist with building inspections for potential acquisitions
- Assist with EV Charging troubleshooting
- Field mapping of equipment and key assets
