Job Description
Piedmont Service Group is seeking a Project Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems. The company focuses on providing efficient and safe building maintenance solutions to commercial, industrial, and governmental organizations. This role offers flexibility to work extended shifts and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Install and maintain HVAC systems (Hydronic, Steam, Chilled Water, DX, Forced Air, Heat Pump, VAV, Constant Volume, Exhaust, Heat Recovery, Sheet Metal Ducting)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVACR equipment
- Maintain a high standard of mechanical installation practices
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
- Follow written project installation plans
- Calculate CFM-BTU/HR-GPM-PSI-and duct sizing
- Lift up to 50lbs
- Forklift, boom lift (JLG), first responder, CPR (encouraged)
