Job Description
This Project Technician role at Piedmont Service Group involves installing and maintaining HVAC systems, maintaining equipment, diagnosing issues, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Requirements
- Install and maintain HVAC systems (Hydronic, Steam, Chilled Water, DX, Forced Air, Heat Pump, VAV, Constant Volume, Exhaust, Heat Recovery, Sheet Metal Ducting)
- Maintain tools, supplies and equipment
- Diagnose and trouble shoot HVACR equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Calculate CFM-BTU/HR-GPM-PSI-Duct sizing
- Follow all safety requirements
- Maintain project expenses
