Job Description
The HVAC Installation Helper assists the HVAC Installer with basic tasks on site, performing physical labor and learning coding requirements. This is a hands-on role requiring strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate with team and follow instructions
- Reliable transportation to the jobsite
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Construction and safety experience (preferred)
- Constantly learning about HVAC installations
