The Service Manager is responsible for managing the Service Department operations to achieve planned sales and profitability objectives while adhering to the Company's established procedures. This includes developing an annual department business plan, managing staffing levels, recruiting and hiring employees, and ensuring technician certification and training are up-to-date.

- Manage warranty repairs and warranty parts return requirements
- Monitor quality of work and customer satisfaction
- Manage customer relation issues
- Ensure shop equipment and tooling is properly controlled and secured
- Initiate purchase orders for shop equipment and obtain authorization
- Monitor safety and environmental compliance
- Recommend investments in equipment, facilities, personnel, or other to improve operations
- Manage assigned fleet and vehicle maintenance tracking system
- Manage PacLease repair orders and customer signatures
