As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary commercial, relationship, and growth lead for a portfolio of mid-to-large London insurance clients using our enterprise SaaS platform.
Requirements
- At least 1â3 years' experience in B2B account management, customer success, or commercial roles, ideally within SaaS
- Demonstrated success managing renewals, expansions, and new-business opportunities within complex client organisations
- Strong commercial acumen, balancing relationship management with revenue accountability
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders across underwriting, broking, operations, and IT
- Highly organised, proactive, and consultative, with strong follow-through and ownership
- Familiarity with the London insurance market (insurers, Lloyd's, brokers, MGAs) is highly desirable
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce, plus strong Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint skills
