Job Description
DOCS Health is seeking Medical Assistants to provide health readiness services to members of the U.S. military. The position will primarily operate on weekends with occasional weekday work in VA. Services include health readiness assessments, blood draws, immunizations, EKGs, and vision exams.
Requirements
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant or Equivalent Training from Accredited Medical Assisting Training
- Phlebotomy Certification - preferred
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum One (1) year of experience (preferred)
- Passionate, friendly, and caring individual
- Utilize universal precautions for patient care
- Experience working with military - preferred
- Experience working with mobile medical services - preferred
- Proficient with computer programs
