Job Description
DOCS Health is seeking Nurse Practitioners to provide health readiness services to military members across the US and abroad. This independent contractor position focuses on assessing military personnel, reviewing medical records, and providing on-site health assessments to maintain a deployable military force. The position requires a willingness to work weekends and occasional weekdays, and adaptation to fast-paced environments.
Requirements
- Supervising Physician may required
- Active NP license in the state
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health (preferred)
- Experience with mobile medical services (preferred)
- Knowledge of Military systems, protocols, and terminology (preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and skills
- Ability to work extended hours
- Ability to work in various locations
- Experience with weekend availability preferred
- Excellent communication skills
