Job Description
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring seamless patient care, efficient workflow, and compliance with company policies. This role combines leadership, operational management, and hands-on clinical duties as a Medical Assistant.
Requirements
- Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an urgent care, primary care, or clinical setting
- Prior leadership or management experience preferred
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance standards
